A graduate of Bryant & Stratton School of Business, William Deyesso has over 40 years of executive leadership experience real estate and third-party insurance. In addition to his professional pursuits, William Deyesso supports numerous nonprofit organizations, including the American Cancer Society (ACS).

Launched in 1913 by a small group which included 10 doctors, ACS has since grown to become the preeminent organization in support of cancer-related research and fund-raising. Funding for the society's continued and expanding research activities comes from a variety of different events and programs, including galas, golf tournaments, and relay walks. One of the prominent programs is Coaches vs. Cancer, which has raised over $100 million in support of ACS' mission to end cancer since its creation in 1993.
The program itself is a nationwide initiative that was launched as the result of a partnership with ACS and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). Norm Stewart, a member of the NABC, cancer survivor, and former coach of University of Missouri's men's team, started the idea when he challenged fans to donate funds for every three points his team scored. Today, there are over 500 college and 100 high school coaches participating in the program and empowering their student athletes to support cancer research through awareness efforts as well as fund-raising activities and campaigns.
