ACS Publishes Second Edition of Cancer Nutrition Cookbook

The American Cancer Society has published a new edition of What to Eat During Cancer Treatment, its cookbook for patients seeking nutritional guidance. The cookbook features over 130 easy recipes tailored to meet the specific nutritional benchmarks that have been established for cancer patients.
The book features foods that are compatible with some of the most common symptoms, such as nausea, diarrhea, difficulty swallowing, changes in taste, and constipation. Oncology nutrition expert Barbara Grant, MS, RDN, CSO, joins Jeanne Besser and other experts at the American Cancer Society in developing these targeted menus.
